    The 10-month intensive workshop. Limited to ten participants every year. In this workshop, attendees are introduced to the AWA Method.

    Q1 focuses on removing the mask we where to stay safe in colonized societies.

    Q2 & Q3 focuses on awareness and acknowledgement as well as removing, accepting, and re-membering the body as a Carrier of ancestral Knowing.Q3

  • The Author's Arc: Connecting with the artist voice inside you.

    What: A four-part AWA Method workshop experience using somatic practices, generative writing, and guided reflection to move participants from introspection to expansion.

    Participants will uncover their unique artist archetype and explore how their lived experiences influence the art they create.

    This workshop is offered virtually via video conferencing platforms.

  • Writing Through Flow: Channeling ancestral lineage

    This AWA Method generative writing workshop supports Black and Brown women writers in the practice entering flow states by grounding in the body, connecting to ancestral wisdom, and becoming vessels for deep creative expression.
